Core Concepts
On-Chain Risk Enforcement
Risk checks execute inside the transaction, not via external API calls. Deterministic, zero-latency, un-bypassable.
Risk Tiers
Five levels: UNKNOWN, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, CRITICAL. Each tier triggers different enforcement actions.
